The Itinerary:
This 15-day adventure takes you along two of the Camino’s most iconic routes: the Camino Francés and the Camino Finisterre.
Camino Francés (6 days walking – 116 km / 72 miles): We begin in Sarria, Spain, and walk the final 116 km of the French Way, arriving at the magnificent cathedral in Santiago de Compostela. Along the way, Mark will share insights from his own experiences walking this route, including historical anecdotes, local traditions, and hidden gems. The path leads you through picturesque villages, ancient churches, scenic viewpoints, and tranquil forests.
After completing the Camino Francés, we’ll take a rest day in Santiago de Compostela to explore the city’s rich history, soak in its atmosphere, and reflect on your journey.
Camino Finisterre (4 days walking – 90 km / 56 miles): The second part of our adventure takes us along the stunning Galician coastline, walking the Camino Finisterre from Santiago to Cape Finisterre, once believed to be the “end of the world.” The route leads you through cliffs, forests, and tranquil beaches, with plenty of opportunities to stop and reflect along the way.
Accommodations:
We’ll stay in comfortable, hand-picked accommodations, including hotels, pensions, and hostels, all rated highly by travelers. Each night’s accommodation is located close to the Camino route and in the heart of the towns, ensuring both convenience and a genuine local experience. All rooms are en-suite, offering a comfortable and restful environment after each day’s walk.
Walking Experience:
Each day, we’ll set off before 9 am, following the iconic yellow arrows of the Camino. The pace is relaxed, allowing plenty of time to appreciate the landscapes, stop for coffee at local cafés, and explore historical landmarks along the way. With over 100 km of walking on the Camino Francés and Camino Finisterre, you’ll have time to connect with the Camino’s unique atmosphere, share stories with fellow travelers, and reflect on your journey.
By the end of the trip, you will have earned two Compostela certificates from the Pilgrim’s Office in Santiago de Compostela, meaningful reminders of your Camino adventure.

It embodies the spirit of the Camino, offering opportunities to connect with fellow walkers, immerse yourself in local culture, and enjoy the unique atmosphere of the trail. At the end of each day, treat yourself to delicious regional food and wine as a well-earned reward.
Your Camino adventure begins in Sarria, a popular starting point for pilgrims. This charming town, with its cozy cafes and terraces, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass of Albarino wine before starting your journey.
