The Camino de Santiago, also known as the Way of St. James, is a network of ancient pilgrimage routes leading to the shrine of the apostle St. James in Santiago de Compostela, Spain, where tradition holds that his remains are buried.
For over 1,000 years, pilgrims from around the world have walked these paths in search of meaning, challenge, reflection, and connection. In 1993, the Camino Francés was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, recognising its cultural and historical importance.

Today, the Camino continues to attract walkers of all backgrounds, united by a shared journey across one of the world’s most iconic long-distance trails.
