Tourism Ireland hires Flagler Films to capture Glens of Antrim content

In August, Tourism Ireland hired Flagler Films to film and photograph the stunning Glens of Antrim in Northern Ireland.

Mark Flagler traveled along the north coast and filmed 4K video, drone footage, and photographs. His work highlights Kilbane Castle, Torr Head, Fair Head, Red Bay Castle, and the famous coastal roads. He also filmed the beaches of Waterfoot, Cushendun, and Cushendall, along with other key destinations.

Tourism Ireland will add this content to its global Content Pool. Partners around the world use this library to promote the island of Ireland.

The Glens of Antrim belong to the Antrim Coast and Glens Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This region is one of 15 protected landscapes on the island of Ireland.

The Glens stretch between the coastal towns of Larne and Ballycastle. Forest-covered hills sweep down into valleys filled with lush grass. Sheep graze the slopes while wildflowers bloom in nearby meadows. Over 150km of coastline frames the region with golden beaches and rugged cliffs. The Glens combine history, charm, and dramatic scenery to create one of Northern Ireland’s most captivating destinations.
